Back to Basics - Introduction to paddling session
If you are new to padding or have been paddling for a while with no real direction then an introduction session with Wet Fitness is for you! We go back to basics starting with correct set up of your craft and paddle through to balance and technique. By the end of the 3 hour session you will be paddling efficiently with a correctly set up paddle and ski and ready to hit the water.
Squad sessions are the perfect way to put in place your knowledge aquired at our introduction and one on one sessions.
Training with other paddlers in a supervised and structured environment encourages competition and helps each paddler get the most out of the session.
Our squad sessions cater to all levels and paddle styles inculding surf club paddlers, flat water kayaks and ocean ski's.

One on one sessions
A great way to get the coach all to yourself for a dedicated coach to paddler session. Fine tune your technique, work on your race plan or tear into a hard session with the coach on the water by your side supporting, critiquing and assisting with getting the most out of the session. Talk to Matt about what you want from the session and he will customise it to your needs.
Programs for interstate and overseas paddlers
Out of area paddlers can still benefit from the Wet Fitness ethos with a custom program just for you. We can email you our standard weekly squad sessions or a custom program tailored to your fitnes and competitiion requirements - just ask!
Wet Fitness is happy to travel interstate to help padders improve. Weekend clinics have proved popular with surf clubs, paddling organisations and small groups of friends.
