Squad Sessions - $15.00 per session 12 sessions for $150.00 * $35.00 / week unlimited sessions
Tuesday Thursday 5.30am meet for 5.45am start on the water
Saturday 6.30am meet for 6.45am start on the water
Gym, strength and cross training:
Tuesday / Thursday 5.30pm meeting at Beach Bodies Gym - Jetty
*60 day expiry
One on One Sessions - $50.00 per session
Individual sessions - one on one with the coach for accelerated results
Introduction Sessions - minimum 3 hours - $150.00:

Where are we?
Tue, Thu & Sat squad sessions are held at the Jetty Beach, Coffs Harbour. We meet and warm up in front of the yacht club. Friday session will incorporate surf skills for spec ski paddlers
Thursday squad sessions are dedicated flat water training on Bonville Creek - meet at Moller Drive, Sawtell.
DO I NEED A SKI AND PADDLE?
It is preferable that you have your own equipment, however we can assist with equipment sales, service and supply. Wet Fitness promotes safe and responsible paddling. All safety and hydration equipment is required for every session. If unsure of the safety regulations in NSW, plesae refer to www.lifejacketwearit.com.au OR www.maritime.nsw.gov.au.
